Sticky Toffee Pudding with Cashew Nut Praline Ice Cream

Serves 4-6 


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large Woolworths sticky toffee pudding

  • 1l vanilla ice cream

  • 1 large Woolworths cashew nut brittle,crushed


METHOD:

  1. Place the ice cream in a large bowl and stir until soft. Add the crushed cashew nut brittle, reserving a little for sprinkling and place in the freezer to refreeze.

  2. In the meantime heat the toffee pudding according to the instructions.

  3. Serve the hot toffee pudding with scoops of the praline ice cream and top with the remaining crushed brittle.
