Sushi is difficult to make (and messy) but sooooo tasty that I invented a simple, anyone-can kinda way to make "sushi" ...and I nailed it!
Fill the centre of halved avos with cooked sushi rice (that you can buy at most stores that sell sushi by the way), carefully place a thin slice of salmon on top, garnish with caviar, drizzle with mayo and serve with a side of pickled ginger. Sprinkle with a few black and white sesame seeds and ta da - Californian sushi boats!
